Calculation corrections

Use the problem-feedback form on the calculator page. Include the exact inputs entered and what the template, nameplate, or metered result says instead — reproducible reports get fixed; vague ones cannot be. Verified corrections ship with the test case that proves them.

Content questions

Questions about a guide, a threshold, or a product reference should name the page URL and quote the sentence in question. Thresholds follow common US residential practice unless the page says otherwise; the methodology page lists the conventions.

Privacy requests

Requests for a copy, correction, or deletion of a feedback report or PDF-request record are handled under the privacy policy within 30 days. Because anonymous calculator inputs are not stored, there is nothing to export for calculation-only use.

What not to send

Do not send lock codes, key-bitting photos, addresses, account details, or information about children. Screening tools cannot keep project secrets, and anything sent through a form cannot be unsent.
